LOOPIK privacy policy

LOOPIK is an internal reporting tool used only by the companies that operate it and the people they invite. It is not offered to the public.

What it reads

Sales, product, advertising and operations data from the companies' own accounts (for example Shopify and Google Ads), read-only unless an authorised user explicitly confirms a change.

Personal data

Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, IP addresses and payment details are removed before anything is stored. Only anonymous identifiers are kept so orders can be counted per customer. Signing in uses Google: LOOPIK receives only the user's name and email address, to check they are on the list of people allowed to use it.

Sharing and storage

Data is stored in Google Cloud in the European Union and is not sold or shared with anyone. Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide LOOPIK's reports to the account owner.
